Health Coaching

MY HEALTH COACHING PROGRAMS AND PRICES:

Because I adhere to the concept of bio-individuality, I believe that there is no one-size-fits all health coaching program to fit everyone’s needs. Therefore, I work with you to create a custom program to fit your needs.

All programs begin with a free hour-long initial consultation.  During the initial consultation, we will discuss your health and wellness goals, and if you choose to work with me, together we will create a program for helping you achieve those goals. 

Typically, most of my clients choose to start with 10 one-hour sessions, after which we mutally decide if you would like to add more sessions to your program.  I will reiterate that the number of session is completely flexible, and I allow you the freedom to choose what works for you.  If you just want to meet for one session, that's terrific.  My goal is to at least get you started on your healing journey! I am happy to continue guiding you on your healing journey for as long as it is beneficial to you.  

I charge $75 per session on a session-by-session basis, or if you choose to pay for a number of sessions at once, I offer a package discount, depending on the number of sessions. I also offer senior, student, military, and educator discounts. In addition, I am happy to work with you on a sliding scale if financial need is a factor.

Although every health coaching program that I offer is customized and will differ from individual to individual, in general you can expect to recieve:

  • One-on-one sessions with me of one-hour in durationg, either in person at your home or office or via video conferencing depending on location.  I am happy to travel up to 20 miles to your location; otherwise we will meet via telephone or video conference (Skype, Google Hangouts, FaceTime, etc.)
  • A bio-individualized program tailored to fit your specific health and wellness goals and to create balance in your life
  • Identification of the key stressors in your life and formulation of an action plan to use various mindfulness techniques (such as meditation, breathing techniques, visualization, movement, and creative exercises) to help you reduce and manage stress
  • Communication via email or text in between sessions for quick check-ins or reminders
  • A variety of handouts, books, samples, recipes, and other materials
